Overview
TEMPCO Sensors Systems Services is a manufacturer and solution provider of industrial temperature measurement instruments including thermocouples, RTDs, thermowells, gauges, cables, and customized sensing assemblies for critical industries such as Oil & Gas, Steel, Power, Cement, Pharma, Food, Automotive, and Defense.
The objective was to design and develop a modern, scalable digital platform that could represent TEMPCO as a global, high-precision engineering brand, showcase a large and technically complex product portfolio, support deep product configuration and documentation, serve multiple industries with structured navigation, and enable marketing, sales, and technical teams to manage content independently.

Challenge
TEMPCO faced several strategic and operational challenges with their earlier digital presence:
Complex Product Catalog – Hundreds of product variants across thermocouples, RTDs, gauges, cables, and special sensors required structured classification, filtering, and technical representation beyond what generic CMS templates could support.
Engineering-Heavy Content – Each product needed accurate technical data, certifications, temperature ranges, materials, response times, protection classes, drawings, and downloadable datasheets without overwhelming users.
Multi-Industry Positioning – TEMPCO served diverse industries with very different use cases, and the website needed to communicate relevance to each segment clearly.
Lead Conversion for Industrial Sales – Standard brochure-style websites failed to support RFQ-driven, specification-led B2B buying journeys.
Scalability & Localization – Future expansion required multi-language support, structured downloads, certifications, and continuous addition of new product families without redevelopment.
